Celebrate good food and people from the Garden State at the New Jersey Veg Fest this October at the Meadowlands Exposition Center. This event will be held on October 7th and 8th of 2017. The second annual New Jersey VegFest is bigger and more awesome than ever before. The VegFest has a mission to make New Jersey a more compassionate, healthier and happier place to live!

Fest On With Drinks & Food

The NJ VegFest will have multiple vendors, keynote speakers, and the veg press. Vendors like Catskill Animal Sanctuary, Grape Cat Vegan Clothing and Accessories, Freakin’ Vegan, Roots Café, Hi-Fibar and many more will bring together vegan friendly foods and products that you will love. There will be a multitude of food options as well as crafts, oils, clothes and music.Famous keynote speakers will give you a chance to listen to how to live a healthier life and learn about a plant based diet in the world of veganism.

About the Speakers 

Gene Baur is a co-founder and president of Farm Sanctuary with a nickname of “the conscience of the food movement.” He has been traveling relentlessly for over 30 years trying to raise awareness for the abuse that animals face in the agriculture industry.  He recently started competing in marathons, triathlons to showcase the benefits of plant-based eating.

Karen Davis is the president and founder of the United Poultry Concerns which is a national nonprofit organization that promotes the respectful treatment of domestic fowl.  She has written many books and is a member of the U.S. Animal Rights Hall of Fame for Outstanding Contributions to Animal Liberation. 

Dr. T. Colin Campbell has been the face of nutrition education and research. His research concerns the relationship between diet and a number of diseases, particularly cancer. His most prominent project, the China Project is the most comprehensive studies of health and nutrition ever conducted. This study was labeled as the “Grand Prix of epidemiology,” by The New York Times.
